Every clean is tailored to your agent or your sale. Here's the core of what we offer.
- Kitchen & oven: benches, cupboards, stovetop, rangehood, oven detail
- Bathrooms: showers, screens, toilets, vanities, mirrors, taps, tiles
- Windows: internal and external glass, tracks and sills where accessible
- Floors & carpets: vacuumed throughout, hard floors mopped, carpet steam-clean quoted as needed
- Full detail: skirting, switches, ledges, doors, cobwebs and visible marks
- Optional extras (quoted on request): pressure-washing driveways, paths and outdoor areas. Most common for pre-sale cleans, not usually needed for end of lease.

A few things that make it go smoothly
Most people don't move house often, so here's how to make the clean easy on yourself.
- Don't leave it to the last minute: get a quote early and decide if you'll do it yourself or hand it over. Nothing worse than starting it yourself, running out of time, and scrambling to find someone to finish.
- Carpets always last: steam-cleaning the carpets should be the final thing done.
- Leave the power on: easiest is to book the clean for the day after you move out and have power disconnected on your lease end date. We need power to steam clean.
- Do the yard first: if you're doing your own yard work, do it before we clean. We crack the windows after steam cleaning to help carpets dry, and outside leaf blowing can send debris back in.
- Not empty yet? We can quote up to a month or two before you move, even with furniture still in place.
- All you really do: get your furniture out, hand back the keys, the rest is our problem.
